About the 37RK/55HB50 GRANIT™ Padlock
A short shackle works fine until you need to lock through a thick hasp or a wide chain link, and then it just doesn't reach. The 37RK/55HB50 GRANIT Padlock solves that with extended shackle clearance, built on the same German-engineered security as the standard GRANIT line.
ABUS 37RK/55HB50 GRANIT™ Padlock
This padlock locks halls, doors, gates, containers, and trucks holding goods at high risk of theft, with a longer shackle for extra reach around bulkier hardware. It meets European standard EN 12320 and carries a coating built for corrosion resistance.
The lock body and shackle are made of hardened special steel, and an ABUS Plus disc cylinder sits inside to resist manipulation attempts. One of the two included keys lights up for use in low-visibility spots. A security card ships with the lock, and only a licensed ABUS dealer can cut a duplicate key after checking that card.
