Can you match my existing key number?

In most cases, we can match your order to an existing key number if you enter a valid number in the “Previous Key Number to Match” field. Please note that key matching may extend the shipping time. We can only match keyed-alike or master-keyed numbers. If your previous order was keyed-different, matching will not be possible in the future.

If you want to match a keyed-alike or master-keyed number, please select the correct keying option when placing your order. If an invalid key number is entered or the wrong option is chosen, our team will contact you by email to resolve the issue. If we cannot get in touch with you via email or phone within a reasonable time frame, your order will be cancelled.

What happens if my package is stolen

We’re sorry this happened! Please contact the shipping company directly to start the claims process. Once a package is delivered, we are unfortunately unable to recover it, but we can assist you in placing a replacement order. The more we shop online, the more packages are delivered to our homes, and the more it happens: “Someone stole my package!” Here are some things you can do to help keep your packages more secure.

  1. Redirect your package to a nearby retail location.
  • You can have your package delivered to local stores such as Walgreens, FedEx Office, select Dollar General locations, or participating grocery stores. We’ll notify you when it’s ready for pickup, and we’ll keep it safe and secure for up to 7 days.
  1. Leave delivery instructions for your driver.
  • You can provide specific delivery instructions for your packages, such as leaving them at a side door, front door, or garage. Delivery instructions may take up to 24 hours to appear in our system and will apply to your next delivery, so contact us as soon as you have your tracking information. *It is up to the driver’s discretion to follow delivery instructions based on safety and other contributing factors.
  1. Put a temporary hold on your packages.
  • You can place a temporary hold on all your deliveries for up to two weeks at no cost. It’s perfect for when you’re going on vacation or traveling for business. Deliveries will resume automatically when you’re ready to receive them.
