250 Brass Padlock Series
The “250” series family of products from PACLOCK are beefy with its large body and shackle. The 3/8" diameter shackle is thick compared to most padlocks in its class and offers some of the best cut resistance. The body is precision CNC’d in the USA. As with all PACLOCK solid-body padlocks, the locking mechanism is a dual ball bearing, “toe and heel,” design providing significantly better pull-force strength compared to typical “lever-lock” padlocks. The ball bearings also provide a far smoother and easier to lock/unlock experience. Gone are the days of shoving your padlock against the wall to get it locked! The inner components, ball bearings, springs, actuator, are made from either stainless steel or brass unlike most other manufacturers who cut costs and quality by using steel. As with all PACLOCK’s solid body padlocks, the 6-pin cylinder is best in class for pick, bump, rapping, or any other type of surreptitious entry attacks. These locks are guaranteed to have 6-pins and include special “security pins” that thwart would be attacker’s attempts to get into your lock. These security pins are difficult to manufacture which means they cost more and is why your typical retail padlock does not include them. The shackle is made from a good quality hardened steel and is plated to industry standards which helps prevent rusting. If your padlock will be seeing tough weather, PACLOCK strongly encourages you to upgrade to our “Hardened Stainless Steel” shackle. Introduced in 2019, PACLOCK is the first company to ever offer a stainless-steel shackle that’s been hardened and then nickel plated to give the consumer the best of both worlds ~ strong, and as rust-proof as you can get. Made in USA with global components.
